I know that the Mosquito Coast Club has some rock music, among others (merengue, for example). Outside the club there's a bar and there's the possibility of eating (they serve very good Mexican food). But check out the bill at the end:it may be overcharged!!!It's exactly behind the Bella Vista Hotel.
