We promised to take the kids to the zoo in Caracas, but we need to find one with your help.(give a different answer) .
For a pleasant day out I recommend you to take the children to the Parque Caricuao, a heavily wooded park at the southwest end of the Metro line, where there is a small but well kept zoo with many of the birds free. To reach the zoo you need to take the metro to Caricuao Zoologico, then walk about 5 min up Av Principal La Hacienda.
